HOW TO prepare THE CHIPOTLE SAUCE :

Add all ingredients to a blender either food processor. Blend till completely smooth.

Taste and spice with extra salt and black pepper (or else ingredients), supposing needed.

NOTES

CORN SALSA INGREDIENTS:

1 jalapeno, cored and finely-diced

1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn

one-third cup sliced fresh cilantro

one-third cup finely-diced red onion

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

pinch of salt and ground cumin

CORN SALSA DIRECTIONS:

Toss all ingredients till mixd. employimmediately, either refrigerate in a sealed container for up to two days.
